   • The lifespan of fresh flowers may vary depending on care, environment, and the type of flowers selected.
     
     

3. Pricing & Payment

   • All prices are listed in RM and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment is required at the time of order, and we accept Bank Transfers, Touch ‘n Go, Credit/Debit Card.
     
     

4. Orders & Delivery

   • Orders must be placed at least 5days in advance for timely delivery.
   • We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Delivery fees may apply based on location.
     
     

5. Refunds & Cancellations

   • Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the size, specifications, and colors of your bouquet before making payment. If an order mistake occurs, do not proceed with payment; simply place a new order.

     Flowers are perishable goods and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
     
     

6. Substitutions

   • We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials based on seasonal availability while maintaining the quality and value of the arrangement.
     
     

7. Workshops & Events

   • Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but rescheduling is permitted with at least 3 days before notice.
   • All participants must adhere to workshop safety guidelines.
     
     

8. Privacy Policy

   • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during orders or registrations will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
     
     

9. Liability

   • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
