Q: Can I return or exchange a bouquet if I don’t like it?
A: Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the size, specifications, and colors of your bouquet before making payment. If an order mistake occurs, do not proceed with payment; simply place a new order.
Flowers are perishable goods and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
